Basanta Kharel

Mr. Basanta Kharel is a Registered Migration Agent in Australia. As part of becoming an RMA, he attained high grades on the stand-alone Capstone examination. 

He is an experienced Critical Care Nurse who worked for NSW Health for almost 10 years. Having lived in Australia for a long time, worked in Government hospitals, and is a bright student of Migration Law, he is in a unique position to provide migration assistance and counseling to international students and aspiring migrants.

Basanta has been living in Australia for 18 years. He started his journey as an international student. Like many international students, he also worked in semi-skilled occupations in hospitality, aged care, and disability. As a migrant himself, he has seen the gap in Migration assistance and international student service industry. He has witnessed how one misleading information can impact an individual’s future in Australia. Hence, with an aim to close the gap, he pursued “Graduate Diploma of Migration Law & Practice” and became “Registered Migration Agent.’’
